1.1.  In the circumstance where you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, you may return the product(s) and be entitled to a full refund, less shipping, handling charges and insurance costs, from and to Budget Furniture Online within 14 days.

1.2.  Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, with all hardware, fixtures and accessories and not be used or altered in any way.

1.3. If returned products are not in their original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged and taken off the refund total.

1.4.¬† When returning an item and depending on the circumstances, we will offer you one or all of the below options at the manager’s discretion:

  1. Refund back to your original payment method
  2. Store credit
  3. Exchange (depending on stock availability)


2.1.¬† We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, using the item in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.

2.2.  Due to the nature of certain products we sell, these items are excluded from returns and refunds;

  1. Mattresses
  2. Rugs
  3. Bulky Items
  4. Sale and Clearance Items
  5. Bulk or Commercial Orders


3.1.  All return requests must be raised within 14 days of the date you received your order, please check the exclusions list to see if your item is eligible, and then see the Returns Policy for change of mind, or faulty/damaged returns. 

3.2.  All items must be opened and checked within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise, we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit.  

3.3.  Contact Budget Furniture Online to request a Return Authorisation Form, by contacting our customer care team

3.4.  Please email a copy of the completed Return Authorisation Form describing all faults and/or damages, with photographs for your returns request to be processed.

3.5.  Ensure to include your name, Order number and contact details on the Return Authorisation form, as a refund can not be processed without this.


4.1.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the process below by contacting our customer service team and they will provide the best resolution for a replacement (if available), store credit or a refund. 

4.2.  Any damaged or faulty claims after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted as a refund and be treated as a warranty claim. In this case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for all return costs.

4.3.  We will be unable to proceed with a faulty return request without images of the reported damages for reference.

4.4.  Once your return request has been confirmed by our Returns Department, print a copy of the completed Return Authorisation Form and place this completed form inside the box or parcel of the product you are returning.

4.5.  Follow all instructions provided by our customer service team and Returns Department for a returned shipment.

4.6.  If the item is faulty and you are no longer in possession of the original packaging.
