Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received. Budget Furniture Online is working with three courier companies to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service. Depending on the size and weight of your parcel we use three different courier companies to provide the most efficient delivery service for the most reasonable price and quickest service.


Customers are required to provide their phone number and address details for shipping purposes. If you have any concerns regarding shipping after you have ordered and received an order process notification via email, please contact our customer support team or the courier company directly using the tracking number provided for assistance. For the courier company’s contact details please check the email receipt of your order or the courier’s website.

The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer support team.

It is the customers responsibility to be available to receive the parcel and to be home at the specified time arranged with the courier company, use the parcel’s tracking number to see the where the parcel may be located in transit.

Free shipping means that the cost for standard shipping in Australia excluding bulky items will be at no cost to our customers. All our products will be shipped free using standard shipping and for all other shipping methods, there will be a shipping cost charged on purchased orders. The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 5 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 8 working days;

For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 10 working days.


Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment). We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our courier companies would be able to guarantee either.


Due to the limited access of our shipping carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

If your postcode is included in the table below, please contact our customer support team with the products you wish to purchase and we will organise a separate shipping quote. There are still some remote and regional postcodes that have not yet been listed for particular items and if you live in a remote or regional area not included in the list below please email customer support to assist with shipping your order.

There will be extra shipping charges to orders on product returns for orders that have been shipped to an undeliverable remote or rural address and require re-shipping, please contact our customer support team to prevent these added expenses.

SKU numbers starting with V43 only ship to Capital cities, other postcodes will require a quote but possibly will not be deliverable.

The below postcodes require a quote for shipping. Please kindly contact our customer care team for more information or assistance when shipping your items to remote areas or rural regions to ensure your order is processed successfully (cancellation fees will apply to these postcodes).

Bulky Items means large goods which are of such a size, weight or shape as to require a large area for handling, storage or display. If a product is classified as a Bulky Item, this will be shown in the Product Description and/or at Checkout and will require assistance from our customer support team for a shipping quote.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. If the postcode is not on the list, please contact customer support team.

If the item can not be delivered to the address but you still place the order with us, we will contact you through email with the extra shipping fee after the order is paid. You will need to pay the extra fee to get the order delivered. Those orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification.

Please kindly contact your account executive for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully if the extra postage can not be obtained by the postage query bar.


Items that weigh 22 kg or less will be dispatched using Australia Post’s eParcel internet enabled freight system. Each parcel will carry a bar coded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool. When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number. You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.

For item that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.

Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.To track item that is dispatched with Fastway,please visit http://www.fastway.com.au and use the given tracking number.

Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number. Allied Express requires consignment note and the postcode of the destination to track item at http://alliedexpress.com.au/ or call 131373 for more queries.

Parcel that weighs less than 30kg can be dispatched with Toll. Toll is a major integrated logistics provider with an Asia Pacific focus. They provide safe, secure transport services. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Toll website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Toll’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

If the delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions on how to find your parcel. You can visit Toll website to arrange a re-delivery. With the tracking number, you can track the parcel anytime at https://www.tollgroup.com/tools/mytoll


Undeliverable Packages – In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email and if the matter is not resolved within 3 days you will be refunded and a 20% order re-shelving fee will be charged.

Inaccurate address – If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch and a re-delivery fee of the shipping costs will be charged for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt – If no one is present when the parcel arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel at your local Post Office. If your parcel/item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure your item/s arrives at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost may occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver – If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it’s delivery to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery fee of the shipping costs will occur if the parcel has to be resent.
